NeverMiss AI converts speech to text, classifies intent and extracts entities automatically. Ambiguous queries are flagged for human review. No solely automated decisions produce legal or similarly significant effects.

We share data only with:

• UK/EU hosting & telephony providers (ISO 27001 certified)
• Payment processors & accountants
• Professional advisers, regulators or law enforcement were legally obliged.

6. International transfers

For any transfer outside the UK we rely on adequacy regulations or ICO-approved Standard Contractual Clauses / IDTA.

7. Security

TLS 1.3 encryption, UK ISO 27001 data centres, role-based access, annual penetration tests.
